[Lowfer] Near sunrise lowfers

The lightning map at 
https://www.blitzortung.org/en/live_lightning_maps.php?map=30 stayed 
clear through the night and as local sunrise approached WH2XXP appeared 
with a bit of frequency wobble like SJ. Hadn't noticed that before, nor 
the spur in-between the two lowfers. Of course lowfer EAR was in there 
after sunrise as usual but didn't have time to tune for lowfer KE and JH 
near 181.820 kHz. Maybe tonight,.
