[Lowfer] Lowfer TAG

[W4DEX]

The watering hole here has been severely polluted for the past month.
Suspected it started just after Christmas.  I've verified the source isn't
from my compound.  Nearest neighbor, a diehard computer gamer, is the
prime suspect.
