CFH on 73.6 kHz uses 300 Bd MSK with a modulation index of 0.5. USN VLF MSK shore (NAA/NPM/NLK/etc) is 200 Bd MSK with a modulation index of 0,5. TACAMO uses rates higher than 200 like 400 Bd and others. Your 133.2 was actually 133.15 kHz.

Subject: [Lowfer] 73.6 kHz
The usual signal on 73.6 kHz is wideband MSK from CFH in Halifax, Nova
Scotia. Haven't noticed that for quite some time but yesterday a strong
carrier was present on the frequency. It's still there. CFH has operated
on other low frequencies like 133,2 and 137 kHz but nothing is copied
there. For some reason it appears CFH is transmitting without modulation
at the moment.
