[Lowfer] Lowfers KE and JH

Tuned down to 181.820 kHz early morning and found lowfers KE and JH 
using ARGO at QRSS60, slow. Earlier up at the watering hole bits from 
lowfers SJ and TAG, and WH2XXP were seen using ARGO at QRSS30, slow but 
LF propagation continues to be poorer than usual for winter.
