[Lowfer] Lowfer KE and perhaps JH

Local sunrise enhancement this morning wasn't nearly as good as 
yesterday but still good enough to catch lowfer KE. There was also 
signal indicated a bit below 181.818 kHz and that might have been from 
lowfer JH somewhat farther away (1145 km versus 996 km) .
