[Lowfer] Anyone using Argo in Windows 10 or 11?

Update: SWL Ray Blake in north Texas may have diagnosed the problem. The 
symptoms I reported rang a bell with him, having experienced the exact 
same file failures somewhere in the past year after installing current 
Build 149 on his _Windows 7_ machine. Apparently it wasn't new Windows 
that was the problem, but the new Argo. Who'd have thunk it? He found 
reinstalling an earlier Argo version to be the cure.

Slight problem...since the crash of all my previous Win 7 and earlier 
machines had also wiped out my older installer downloads, I didn't have 
much hope of reverting to an earlier build on the new Win 10 & 11 
machines. Miraculously, I found a spare copy of Build 145 tonight.  And 
after a suitable nap for safety's sake, I'll test that solution on the 
newer machines and report on the results.
