[Lowfer] Lowfers KE and JH

Watering hole lowfers SJ and TAG to the NE, and also WH2XXP to the SW, 
have come in well here for several nights now. Meanwhile, almost nothing 
was noted to the SE from lowfers JH and KE around 181.82 kHz. But last 
night reversed that with JH and KE coming through for hours and nothing 
seen at the watering hole except nearby WM. Perhaps the bad storm in New 
England was responsible, although that wouldn't explain WH2XXP missing.

Earlier in the evening propagation on 136 kHz was good with G0MRF 
decoding 8 times via fst4w-300 before moving away from that frequency. 
Such TA activity has been going on for days since Ray, SWLEM3 mentioned 
it the end of January at https://www.lwca.net/mb/msg/13318.htm.
