[Lowfer] Feb 1 watering hole lowfers

Pretty good copy at times over night here of WH2XXP on 185.305 kHz. 
Lowfer SJ was in there a bit higher in frequency after the usual 
substantial drift at turnon (first noticed here around 0230Z). TAG came 
through using ARGO at QRSS60, slow around 0724Z also. And close-by 
lowfers WM and SIW of course where in thee whole night.
