[Lowfer] TAG frequency check

Jay,

Thanks for the look. I have a 24/7 SpecLab screen running here, but 
haven't been looking at the details.

I was convinced that the OCXO in the TAG transmitter was a hair off last 
winter, but the little recessed screwdriver adjustment wouldn't 
cooperate. Just as well I left it alone. That crystal has spent many 
years wiggling 10^7 times a second, and appears to be happy.
