Stephen McGreevy reports eLoran running on the west coast at 
https://www.lwca.net/mb/msg/13452.htm so I took a look over night. 
Storms made for a lot of QRN and LF conditions have tailed off a lot 
from the winter best. Nonetheless the NV master station was copied as 
local sunrise neared. I fired up Spectrum Laboratory as used to copy 
Loran years ago when it was running and took some screen captures. 
Attached is a section showing the specrum around 100 kHz. Other 
attachments will follow.
