[Lowfer] Lowfer JH

I ended up setting up my antenna last weekend, so Lowfer JH is
transmitting. The antenna is a monopole 32 feet tall with three 8 foot top
hat wires run along the guy wires.

I am transmitting on 181.818 kHz qrss 60 "JH" with alternating "JH"
graphic. I will continue to improve the setup this week, but it is
currently tuned and running at full power.
