[Lowfer] lowFER SIW in TN

Greetings all:

lowFER SIW fought through the S9+35 dB roaring noise I am contending with at present. 
It sounds like an arcing powerline, but with all the noise possibilities out there today; 
maybe something else. The power company has searched their lines within a half mile
radius of my location and can't find anything.
