[Lowfer] Lowfers KE and JH

Nice near sunrise copy this morning in NE IL of the letter K from lowfer 
KE. Earlier got the merest trace of the letter H from lowfer JH so both 
beacons are putting out and near their announced frequencies. Just need 
a bit of propagation boost that hopefully winter will provide.
