[Lowfer] Lowfer WM (plus SIW and WH2XXP)

Thanks for the WM Lowfer reports. I am glad to see it is working well 
enough to light up your screen.

I have tried a couple times to grab the JH/KE pair, but my LNV is more 
like an ALLMOST LNV. I don't know yet why the noise level is higher this 
fall. All the parts and connections seem fine. Maybe we have purchased 
something new, that's polluting the ether.
