Will try for XIL here in EM27 one night this weekend, Warren, if storms 
stay far enough away.

Since a dipole on ground is, in effect, a vertical loop partially 
embedded in the earth, it should possess a fair amount of high angle 
radiation. If received with another loop at a suitable distance, I 
wonder if it might not turn out to be a reasonable signal source for 
observing the TAG Twilight Solar Flare Effect. Any thoughts on that, JA?
