Hi Andy,
Thanks for the wspr-15 report. Sorry you have such a noise floor
problem. Op32 should decode more easily than wspr-15 but fluctuations in
noise and timing may cause the reverse (those modes take a long time to
decode and 1200Z is near when sunrise causes DX to tank).
I haven't monitored 630 meters for awhile but seldom notice EU decodes
at https://pskreporter.info/pskmap.html. A few EU hams and VK4YB are
active on 136 kHz fst4w but at the 5-min transmission rate they seldom
decode here. 160 mtrs has been devoid of FT8 decodes for me too. Even
most Caribbean stations seldom decode, yet LU8DPM regularly does. Go figure.
