[Lowfer] WM in CT

Thanks to all for the recent WM reception reports. The beacon signals 
seem to be doing well.

The WM equipment and setup this year is the same as the previous years. 
I got the usual antenna current when I tuned the antenna.

The Wx conditions for the past couple weeks have improved the ground 
moisture here. The ground has been frozen for the past week, and the 
last few days has been snow covered. I suspect that has enhanced the 
signal along with the season.
