[Lowfer] SIW Digital just seeable

Andy, thanks for the report. LF conditions have been poor for days here 
too. Interestingly, despite plenty of lightning racket last night, 
lowfer SJ was in there better than the past 2 nights that were 
lightning-free. Despite poor night time signals day time copy of lowfers 
WM ( 367 km) and EAR (576 km) has been good here.
