[Lowfer] Watering Hole Lowfers

I can confirm that SJ was on last night, though the signal seems weak 
this year. I ran captures with the big loop, and it showed more PLC 
activity, but no more Lowfer signals. I heard WH2XIL yesterday morning 
-- he must be back up around 185.31, as there was nothing on my screen 
that stops at 185.305. Nothing else to report.
