[Lowfer] LowFER KE, Big Upgrade!

KE signal is definitely stronger tonight Buuuuuut; GEO activity stirring the ionosphere and I'm hearing
other signals stronger also. Time will tell, but pretty sure the 8 foot increase in radiator length/height
