[Lowfer] Second "Year of EAR" Progressing Nicely

Last night was the first time in a couple of weeks that I could spend an 
entire night in the field tuned to LF, and there was dependable EAR. Had 
to wait for the wee hours for static to ease up a bit. The signal peaked 
an hour and a half before sunrise, then was gone about 15 minutes later.
