Twelve minutes, check.  I do 5 minute tick marks, so your complete call would fit within about 2.5 of those periods.  The bits and pieces of what could be morse characters that I’m seeing are too long to fit E-A-R into 12 minutes of screen time, so they must be something else.

The cycle of EAR’s transmission is exactly twelve minutes
long, repeating endlessly.  It has sent 10,895 cycles since
the last reboot, when the antenna lead needed repair.
