[Lowfer] EAR frequency

Thanks Garry.  The noise comes and goes.  Right now the frequency is clear and my daytime noise floor is about 2 dB lower for some reason.  I will listen for a couple nights and see if I can get a combination of good propagation and absence of this noise.

Jim, I just did a daylight scan of lowfer EAR. The frequency is indeed about 188830.7 Hz, with slight upward frequency shifts on the dots and dashes.
