[Lowfer] Lowfers KE and JH

Conditions here over night were not as good as they were on Jan 24. 
Really needed QRSS60 to see lowfer JH decently. Nonetheless the switch 
to rate QRSS60 by lowfer KE was helpful and bits of signal from it were 
seen around  0730Z. Now perhaps it's time to work on a variometer to 
make sure the antenna is perfectly resonated.
