I'm afraid that's going to be a tough one to catch at any distance 
unless or until he both stabilizes his frequency (so that a slower 
transmission speed becomes practical) and improves his antenna 
efficiency. I'll be trying for the next few hours here in KS, but I 
expect I'll have to knock off before midnight due to approaching weather.

One plus: I can have another Argo window watching for EAR 
simultaneously, so it won't be a total waste if TIM fails to show.
