[Lowfer] 136 KHz 1800 mode DX

FB DX Andy! I listened for fst4w-1800 signals on 136 kHz a bit after 
seeing your note about an early decode of DL0HOT. I did notice the 
signal on Spectrum Lab with QRSS3 bandwidth but it takes upwards of 1/2 
hour before samples for decoding begin and I was gone before the next 
hour's transmission completed. Monitored the lowfer watering hole over 
night instead and propagation seemed up there too.
