[Lowfer] Watering hole lowfers

Ran overnight tuned to 185.3 kHz and was pleased to see signal bits from 
WH2XXP all night. Didn't copy full callsign at once but did eventually 
get all the pieces. Meanwhile, lowfer SJ was unusually strong and lowfer 
WM came back on the air as expected a bit after 1200Z.
