[Lowfer] VO1NA and JH in NE IL

LF conditions here were not as good last night as they have generally 
been lately. Nonetheless, the VO1NA beacon on 137.777 kHz came through 
weakly via QRSS30 during a brief look at the frequency. Moved then to 
181.818 kHz and also found lowfer JH in there, again weakly, using ARGO 
at QRSS60.
