[Lowfer] QRSS on 2200 meters 2-8-21

Andy, thanks for the heads up on QRSS activity from CA. Unfortunately, 
no signal was noticed here. The night was rather noisy due to storms in 
the Gulf and WH2XND on 136 kHz wspr-2 was down noticeably from the norm. 
Lowfer JH was copied at one point but lowfer KE was not. Wonder what ERP 
KE6PCT was running? WH2XND runs quite high power with a big antenna.
