[Lowfer] Watching for FST4W on 2200M

As the subject line says, I’ll be watching for transmissions of FST4W mode
thru most of the week.  Initially I’ll use 1800 time interval, but I can change
that on the fly if anyone wants me to.  Antenna is a VE7SL style octagonal
loop, ten feet across and oriented NE-SW.  Receiver is a TS-440S.
