Dex,

Prop isn't as good as a year ago, at least yet. I'm not seeing anything 
besides TAG at the watering hole, with the exception of a weak SIW 
reception about a week ago. Solar activity is up, which may be part of 
it. Also, I don't think we've had widespread cold weather at the same 
time in the eastern half of the U.S. yet.

I'm seeing a lot of nighttime PLC activity just below the watering hole 
this year. That may be simply from using Spectrum Lab with a wider 
window than Argo has.
