[Lowfer] Lowfers WM and EAR

Thanks for the report Garry. It's good to see such strong signals. My 
reception of daytime AM BCB stations has been poor over the past week. 
It is a surprise to see LF strong.  Storms here have been mild so far 
this spring, Many trees have green leaves at about half normal size. I 
expect that attenuation to kick in at any time.
