David, I do realize the shift is 50 Hz, not 85 Hz. But I didn't realize 
MMTTY defaults to 45.45 baud rate. One must edit the Demodulator setup 
in that program to remove the check mark on "Fixes 45.45 baud", then go 
to the Decode tab and select 50 for the baud rate. I've done that so 
hope next time I'll get better decoded output than MultiPSK gives.
