[Lowfer] MSK signal on 68.0 kHz

The last few days I've copied a signal on 68.0 kHz that looks like the
military sources below 30 kHz. The only reference I find for such a
signal is GBY20, Thurso, Scotland. It's true that DHO38 on 23.4 kHz
still comes through at the same time but generally the signals I copy in
the morning are from the west. NWC on 19.8 kHz peaks then from Australia
and JJI on 22.2 kHz comes through from Japan. This morning even CKN in
BC is in there on 76.2 kHz. Haven't seen that one for quite awhile.
I don't see anything listed for 68.0 kHz at
http://www.w1vd.com/vlf.html. I'd appreciate hearing from anyone that
knows for sure what the source is.
