p.s. These pro reception arguments are starting to remind me of a certain G station that's a HUGE fanboy of OPDS ... and who goes to extraordinary lengths to try and justify even the most blatantly obvious false decodes.

Also...my Spanish may be a little rusty, but a review of Peru's Amateur 
Radio regulations does not show any bands below 1.8 MHz.
