[Lowfer] 630 meter WSPR last night

I forgot one thing I was going to add. Sometimes looking at where on 
Earth the grid square is can serve as an indication as to whether 
something is more or less likely to be a false decode. The DO63 grid 
decoded for OB3HAR is in Saskatchewan, Canada (VE5), not Peru. DJ49 for 
the OA4 call almost looked reasonable until I checked; that grid is in 
the Pacific near Clipperton Island.
