[Lowfer] 630 meter WSPR last night

Jay,
LOL, me either. That was just speculation. I have no idea what frequencies
or modes balloon telemetry uses.
But then, we are still presented with the fact that both K3MF and I decoded
the callsign OB3HAR three times on 630 meter WSPR last night.
How could such a thing be possible, if it were a false decode? I would
think the odds are astronomical.
