Both of those calls would be from Peru ... if they actually existed. Neither check out on QRZ.com. Most false decodes show a 4 digit grid square instead of the usual 6 digit used by the vast majority of beacon stations. Do you have a lot of 'junk' showing in the waterfall?

So I monitored 630 meter WSPR signals last night with my (now repaired,
thanks Steve) Clifton Labs whipamp, with good results:

I have no idea what OB3HAR or OA4FXD are. I would just write them off as
false decodes, but OB3HAR was received by both myself and K3MF last night.

Two spots by me, and one by K3MF, so I doubt this is a false decode.
Grid DO63 is in Saskatchewan, Canada, if that has any basis in truth.
Inquiring minds want to know.
