[Lowfer] 8 KHz bandwidth for 6 lowFER stations 11-24-20

Was it last night or tonight? I ran 60 feet of device net cable to my house
last night so I can replace the batteries inside instead of at the
transmitter.  That was around 1130 last night.  If it was tonight,  it was
a true glitch.
