Thanks to everyone trying to hear it. It's still a work in progress so maybe adding a tuning coil to the existing coil will let me fine tune it. I believe I blown another transistor so that needs to be replaced again. Frequency drift problem I believe was due to the battery being weak or cold. Replaced that with a 13.8v power supply so now I dont have to worry about batteries. Not sure if adding more/longer ground radials would help either with my transmitted signal.
