[Lowfer] New QRSS beacon KE on in NC

Looks like KE has an ambient temp drift problem.  It is in an outside
box powered by a battery.  I found it just below 187.285 kHz.  I'll
watch it this evening and post the frequency if it changes much.  The
forecast is calling for the coldest night of the season at slightly
below freezing.
