[Lowfer] 185.304 kHz

I first noticed this signal about a week ago on overnight captures.
Must be local though as it has been on all day.  Every other sequence
starts with the slightly lower dot and the timing is consistent.
With all the modern electronics now I suspect there are many such
signals all across the rf spectrum.
