[Lowfer] 136 kHz wsjtx fst4w 1800 seconds

Stations N1BUG, K3MF, and DL0HOT are coming in well here tonight via 
fst4w mode at 1800 sec T/R, and decoded by many others too. There is 
also a strong signal at about 137.445 kHz that seems to be sending wsjtx 
at 1800 seconds T/R but fails to decode. No one is reporting decodes of 
this signal at https://wsprnet.org/drupal/wsprnet/spots either. The 
timing looks correct so guess it's from K9KFR using fst4 mode.
