Thanks J.B. I usually sync the clock every couple of days. I think it was OK for the unsuccessful FST4W attempts, as all other modes were decoded without difficulty.I'm beginning to suspect my older Kenwood may not be sufficiently freq. stable over the 1800 sec. cycle.Mark - WA9ETWSent from my U.S. Cellular® Smartphone
