[Lowfer] New QRSS beacon KE on in NC

[W4DEX]

KA4SEY now has a beacon on in grid EM95up.  After seeing some pictures
of his work I doubt this is a come and go quickly beacon.   I've
informed him of this group and hope he will subscribe.
Attached is an Argo QRSS 20 normal speed capture.
