[Lowfer] Thanks to Canada DGPS is still alive at LF

DGPS signals nearly every kHz from 285 to 325 kHz used to abound. But
mainland US stations began decommissioning a few years back and now are
all absent. See http://www.dxinfocentre.com/dgps.htm for stations
currently active. There one finds plenty of Canadian stations still
transmitting at 200 baud. Last night I scanned the band and using the
poorer of my 2 eprobes got decodes with DSCdecoder software for Canadian
stations on 286, 288, 295, 296, 298, 300, 306, 309, 312, 313, 315, 318,
and 320 kHz. Also the station in Gatun, Panama on 307 kHz decoded,
apparently covering up the Canadian station on Fox Island, NS. A second
station in Panama, Miraflores on 302 kHz, has come through often in the
past but wasn't seen last night. Based on wspr-2 474.2 kHz activity
conditions weren't all that great so perhaps that's the reason.
Regardless, it's clear that there is still plenty of activity in the
DGPS LF spectrum.
