Monitored 185.8 kHz again last night with wolf software looking to
decode lowfer TAG. Succeeded this time around 0636Z over a path of 914
miles. Both old and new wolf codes were run simultaneously and both
produced decodes, although the new code of Feb 17, 2013 did best. As
done by Andy, KU4XR, tuning was set so that my lower SIW at 185.185 kHz,
the lowfer watering hole at 185.3 kHz, and TAG at 185.8 kHz could all be
monitored. Normally a 400 Hz offset is used for TAG but last night the
offset was 1015 Hz. This required a small calibration adjustment to make
the output fall exactly at 185.8 kHz.
