[Lowfer] finally got my LF station set back up

Welcome back, Doug. The LWCA beacon list is still online and remains the 
most actively updated source.

Thankfully, EAR remains on all year.  Of the seasonal beacons, SJ shut 
down for the season after last weekend, but WM, SIW, and JH remain on as 
of this writing.
