[Lowfer] 518 kHz Navtex activity

Been awhile since I looked for Navtex decodes but last night was fairly 
quiet electrically. Despite propagation tailing off to summer levels all 
3 US west coast stations and 1 BC station decoded here, as did Bermuda. 
Overall saw decodes from area 4 stations A,B,C,E,G,H,N,U and area 12 
stations C,D,Q, and W. And this was with the least sensitive of two eprobes.
