[Lowfer] 518 kHz Navtex

Listened for Navtex RTTY stations on 518 kHz over night for first time 
in quite awhile. Using the poorer of my two eprobes decoded 
transmissions from 9 area 4 stations (B,C,E,G,H,N,P,R,U) and 3 area 12 
stations (C,Q,X). Bermuda came through well and often thanks to area 4 
station A being absent for some reason. And long-winded area 4 station E 
overwhelmed station F as it often does. Best surprise was several 
messages from Kodiak, AK.
